NYLT Staff Application
The 2026 Winter Course staff interviews will be conducted in person. Interview dates are to be determined and will be posted here once finalized. Interviews will be scheduled in person at Camp Shands on March 8th from 12:30p-5p in the Meninak building.
Interviews will be conducted individually, and all staff candidates will be participating in various activities while not interviewing. Please be prepared to give a five-minute speech on a Scouting-appropriate topic of your choice with no props other than a notepad.
Please arrive in full field uniform (“Class A”) and sturdy shoes, such as tennis shoes, with a Scouting-appropriate shirt underneath. Please also bring a notebook, writing utensil, and water bottle.
